摘 要:为研究1000 MPa超高强钢在V形弯曲中出现的负回弹现象,提升超高强钢冷弯成形的回弹控制精度,文章采用数值模拟方法对弯曲及回弹过程中的变形、应力、应变进行了分析。研究发现,弯曲过程中试样直边部分会出现先弯曲后校平的现象,直边内侧出现拉应力是导致负回弹的根本原因。在应力卸载后,试样圆角部分的回弹引起回弹角增大,直边部分的回弹引起回弹角减小,两者叠加使回弹角可能出现正值或负值,弯曲半径减小会使超高强钢更易出现负回弹。In order to study the negative springback phenomenon of 1000 MPa ultra-high strength steel in V-shape bending and improve the springback control precision of cold bending of ultra-high strength steel,in this paper,the deformation,stress and strain during bending and springback are analyzed by means of numerical simulation.It is found that in the bending process,the straight edge of the specimen will appear the phenomenon of first bending and then leveling.It is found that in the bending process,the straight edge of the specimen will appear the phenomenon of first bending and then leveling,the tensile stress in the inner side of straight edge is the fundamental cause of negative rebound.After stress unloading,the springback angle of the round corner part of the specimen increases,and the springback angle of the straight edge part decreases,both superposition makes rebound angle may appear positive or negative value,the reduction of bending radius will make the ultra-high strength steel more prone to negative rebound.
