摘　　要：盐酸普拉克索属选择性非麦角类多巴胺受体激动剂,用于治疗帕金森病和不安腿综合征,同时还具有多种药理效应,如抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗炎和神经元保护等。盐酸普拉克索口服吸收迅速,生物利用度高,目前上市剂型为普通片和缓释片,临床多与其他药物联合用药,提高用药安全性。近年来,对盐酸普拉克索进行剂型改革已成为研发的重点,提高盐酸普拉克索疗效,降低不良反应。本文综述了盐酸普拉克索的理化性质、药理作用、药代动力学特征、药物组合和新剂型方面的研究,旨在为进一步开发盐酸普拉克索提供文献依据和新思路。Pramipexole dihydrochloride is a selective non-ergot-like dopamine receptor agonist,which is generally used in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease and restless leg syndrome.It has various pharmacological effects,such as anti-depressant,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and neural protection.Pramipexole dihydrochloride is rapidly absorbed by oral administration and has high bioavailability.At present,pramipexole dihydrochloride as a single medication has been marketed with common tablets and sustained-release tablets,which are commonly used in clinical practice in combination with other drugs to improve drug safety.In recent years,the dosage form reform of pramipexole dihydrochloride has become the focus of research and development,aiming to improve the efficacy of pramipexole dihydrochloride and reduce adverse reactions.This review gives a comprehensive summary of the researches on physicochemical properties,pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetic characteristics,drug combination and new dosage forms of pramipexole dihydrochloride in recent years,with the aim of providing literatures basis and new ideas for the further development of pramipexole dihydrochloride.
