摘　　要：华北人民政府在解放战争后期,根据政治和军事形势的变化,着力恢复、整顿和发展教育事业,重视文化教育和各类人才的培养,推进教育向正规化方向转型,在教育治理方面取得了显著成就。积极推动教育方针与教育任务的转变,加强教育行政管理,规范教育教学秩序,强化教育经费保障,为新中国教育事业奠定了基础。In the later stage of the Liberation War,the People's Government in North China focuses on restoring,rectifying,and developing the education industry with changes in the political and military situation,attaching importance to cultural education and the cultivation of various talents,promoting the transformation of education towards standardization,and achieving significant achievements in education governance.Actively promoting the transformation of educational policies and tasks,strengthening educational administrative management,standardizing educational and teaching order,and enhancing the guarantee of educational funding can lay the foundation for the education industry in New China.
