摘 要:硅橡胶具有优异的耐温性、耐腐蚀和耐辐射性等性能,广泛应用于电子、航空航天和汽车工业等诸多领域。在长期使用过程中硅橡胶会受到各种因素的破坏,导致材料性能降低,严重影响材料的可靠性和使用寿命。本征型自修复硅橡胶能够通过分子之间的可逆键来修复损伤。由于键的动态可逆性使其可以反复断裂和重组,因此本征型自修复硅橡胶无需添加任何修复剂可以实现多次修复。从本征型自修复硅橡胶的制备条件和修复条件两个方面进行展开,深入探讨了不同交联网络的硅橡胶的结构设计、修复条件、修复机理和优缺点,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。Silicone rubber has excellent properties such as temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and radiation resistance,and is widely used in electronics,aerospace,automotive industry and many other fields.In the process of long-term use,silicone rubber will be damaged by various factors,resulting in material properties degradation,seriously affecting the reliability and service life of the material.Intrinsic self-healing silicone rubber can be healed through reversible bonds between molecules.Because of the dynamic reversibility of the bonds,it can be repeatedly broken and reassembled,so the intrinsic self-healing silicone rubber does not need to add any repair agent and can achieve multiple repairs.This article briefly introduces the research progress of intrinsic self-healing silicone rubber from two aspects:preparation conditions and healing conditions.It deeply explores the structural design,repair conditions,repair mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages of silicone rubber with different crosslinking networks,and prospects its future development.
