摘 要:针对聚合物驱油剂存在硫铁离子氧化自由基降解和炮眼剪切降解导致黏度损失高、严重影响驱油效果的问题,利用微流控技术,以聚氨酯微胶囊为壳层包裹聚合物,制备了胶囊型靶向增黏聚合物。通过优化单体质量分数为35%、AMPS占单体质量分数的30%、引发剂质量分数为0.04%、外壳质量分数为0.6%,得到百纳米级靶向增黏聚合物。评价了靶向增黏聚合物的抗剪切性能、抗硫铁性能和靶向释放时间。结果表明:靶向增黏聚合物剪切后和硫铁自由基氧化后的黏度保留率为常规聚合物的2~4倍,具有较好的抗剪切抗硫铁性能;靶向释放时间2~72 h可控,具有目的层靶向增黏扩波及的作用。室内物理模拟实验结果表明,质量浓度为1500 mg/L的靶向增黏聚合物可提高采收率达28.7%,提高原油采收率效果明显。In response to the high viscosity loss caused by sulfur iron ion oxidation free radical degradation and borehole shear degradation in polymer oil displacement agents,which seriously affects the oil displacement effect,a capsule type targeted viscosity thickening polymer was prepared using microfluidic technology with polyurethane microcapsules as the shell to encapsulate the polymer.Through condition optimization,it was found that when the monomer mass fraction was 35%,AMPS accounted for 30% of the monomer mass fraction,initiator mass fraction was 0.04%,and shell mass fraction was 0.6%,a targeted thickening polymer at the level of 100 nanometers was obtained.The shear resistance,sulfur iron resistance,and targeted release time of targeted thickening polymers was evaluated by testing viscosity changes using a rheometer.The results showed that the viscosity retention rate of targeted thickening polymers after shear and sulfur iron free radical oxidation was 2-4 times that of conventional polymers,indicating good shear resistance and sulfur iron resistance.The targeted release time can be controlled with in 2 to 72 h,and it has the effect of targeted thickening.The indoor physical simulation experiment results show that the targeted thickening polymer with a concentration of 1500 mg/L can increase the oil recovery rate by 28.7%,and the effect of improving crude oil recovery rate is significant.
