摘  要:通过硅烷偶联剂改性制备了一种硅酸钾/石墨烯复合涂料。考察了硅烷偶联剂用量对复合涂料贮存稳定性、涂膜表面水接触角、附着力、分散性能、防腐性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂添加量为0.8%时,复合涂料耐盐水性可达8650 h,附着力为7.2 MPa,耐盐雾性、硬度及耐冲击性符合JG/T 224—2007《建筑用钢结构防腐涂料》标准,防腐性能优异。A potassium silicate/graphene composite coating was prepared by modifying graphene with silane coupling agent.The influence of silane coupling agent dosage on the storage stability,surface water contact angle,adhesion,dispersibility,and anti-corrosion performance of the composite coatings was investigated.The results showed that when the addition of silane coupling agent was 0.8%,the salt water resistance of the composite coating could reach 8650 hours,the adhesion was 7.2 MPa,and the salt spray resistance,hardness,and impact resistance met the standard of JG/T 224—2007“Anti corrosion Coatings for Steel Structures in Buildings”.The anti-corrosion performance of this composite coating is excellent.
