摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸(AA)为油相,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与OP-10为乳化剂制备了水性丙烯酸树脂乳液,考察了AA和BA的加入方式和添加顺序对水性丙烯酸树脂的吸水率的影响。结果表明,优化的制备条件为:油水质量比10∶4,SDS与OP-10溶解和分散阶段的搅拌转速180~230 r/min,乳化剂用量为单体质量的3%,SDS/OP-10(质量比)为1∶2,丙烯酸加入量为单体质量的4%,滴加顺序为丙烯酸在先、BA功能性单体在后,并逐步增加搅拌速率,转速控制在280~320 r/min;引发剂添加量为单体质量的0.5%。在此条件下,乳液凝胶率为0.89%,成膜后吸水率为9.9%。A water-borne acrylic resin lotion was prepared with methyl methacrylate,styrene,n-butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as oil phases,SDS and OP-10 as emulsifiers.The influence of the addition method and order of functional monomers AA and BA on the water absorption rate of waterborne acrylic resin was investigated.The results showed that the optimized preparation conditions were as follows:oil-water ratio of 10∶4,stirring speed of SDS and OP-10 dissolution and dispersion stage from 180 r/min to 230 r/min,emulsifier dosage of 3% of monomer mass,SDS∶OP-10 mass ratio of 1∶2,acrylic acid addition of 4% of monomer mass,dropwise addition order of acrylic acid first,BA functional monomer later,and gradually increasing stirring speed,with the speed controlled at 280-320 r/min;The amount of initiator is 0.5% of the mass of monomer.Under these conditions,the prepared lotion has a gel rate of 0.89% and a water absorption rate of 9.9%after film formation.
