摘 要:以宝A井入井工作液、地层水和储层岩心为研究对象,应用浊度测试、离子分析、X射线衍射分析、岩心动态污染等测试手段,在模拟地层条件下,开展了工作液与地层水间配伍性实验、不同工作液间配伍性实验和岩心动态污染实验。分别通过絮凝法和入井工作液顺序污染的方式对配伍性实验和储层岩心进行综合评价。结果表明:钻井液滤液与地层水体系未产生明显沉淀,说明其体系配伍。完井液滤液与地层水、钻井液滤液与完井液滤液体系老化前后Ca^(2+)含量降低,浊度增加,均产生了白色焦磷酸复合盐(K_(2)CaP_(2)O_(7))沉淀,说明两种体系均不配伍,产生的沉淀对储层造成了一定损害。岩心经过4轮次工作液顺序动态污染后,岩心渗透率无法得到有效恢复,最终渗透率恢复值为25.87%,属于严重损害,其中水泥浆、完井液和射孔液均对储层具有明显损害。This paper takes the working fluid,formation water,and reservoir core of well Bao-A as the research objects,and applies turbidity testing,ion analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,core dynamic pollution and other analysis and testing methods to conduct compatibility experiments between working fluid and formation water,compatibility experiments between different working fluids,and core dynamic pollution experiments under simulated formation conditions.Comprehensive evaluation of compatibility experiments and reservoir core damage was conducted through flocculation method and sequential contamination of working fluid entering the well.The results showed that:There was no significant precipitation between the drilling fluid filtrate and the formation water system,indicating the compatibility of their systems.The Ca^(2+)content decreased and turbidity increased before and after aging of the well completion fluid filtrate and formation water,drilling fluid filtrate and well completion fluid filtrate systems,both of which produced white pyrophosphate composite salt(K_(2)CaP_(2)O_(7))precipitation,indicating that the two systems were incompatible and the resulting precipitation caused certain damage to the reservoir.After four rounds of sequential contamination of the working fluid,the permeability of the core cannot be effectively restored,and the final permeability recovery value is 25.87%,which belongs to serious damage.Cement slurry,completion fluid,and perforation fluid all have significant damage to the reservoir.
