一种低纯度马来酸二乙酯制备聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂及涂料的制备方法

摘　　要：马来酸二乙酯的合成过程中会生成2-乙氧基-丁二酸二乙酯的副产物,在精制提纯马来酸二乙酯的过程中,该副产物会富集在釜(塔)底料中形成主要成分为马来酸二乙酯与2-乙氧基-丁二酸二乙酯的精馏尾料。该尾料不但无法直接出售产生经济效益,反而要按危险废物进行处置,额外产生环保处理费用。本研究使用含有2-乙氧基-丁二酸二乙酯的马来酸二乙酯尾料用于制备聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂及涂料应用,以实际行动来积极响应关于构建废弃物循环利用体系的国策,同时达到降本增效的效果。During the synthesis process of diethyl maleate,a byproduct called diethyl 2-ethoxysuccinate is generated.When refining and purifying diethyl maleate,this byproduct will accumulate in the bottom material of the reactor(tower)and form a distillation tailings mainly composed of diethyl maleate and diethyl 2-ethoxysuccinate.This part of the tailings not only cannot be directly sold to generate economic benefits,but also needs to be treated as hazardous waste for environmental protection,which results in additional environmental treatment cost.Polyaspartate ester resin and coatings were prepared with the diethyl maleate tailings containing diethyl 2-ethoxysuccinate.The practical actions were taken to actively respond to the national policy of building a waste recycling system.It will achieve the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
