摘　　要：惠州市第一人民医院创伤中心建立“院前急救—院内急诊复苏—损害控制手术—重症创伤管理—创伤康复”一体化严重创伤救治规范体系,通过创伤回顾审核及构建创伤数据库推动创伤中心的高质量发展,规范救治和持续改进使笔者医院严重创伤患者病死率仅为4.88%。创办“惠州市初级创伤生命支持培训班”、“惠州市严重创伤规范化救治培训班”,向基层医院推广笔者医院严重创伤救治规范体系,总体提高全市严重创伤综合救治能力。The trauma care system has achieved great success in China in recent years.The Trauma Center of Huizhou First Hospital has established an integrated trauma care system of"pre-hospital care,in-hospital emergency resuscitation,damage control surgery,severe trauma management and trauma rehabilitation".Via regular retrospective inspection of trauma care practice and the construction of a trauma database,the trauma center is developed in high quality.Moreover,the standardized treatment and continuous improvement of trauma care skills resulted in a very low mortality rate of 4.88%for severe trauma cases in our center.At the same time,we organized"Primary Trauma Life Support Training Courses in Huizhou"and"Standardized Treatment Training Courses for Severe Trauma in Huizhou"to promote our standard care system to grassroots hospitals in this area,which greatly improved the comprehensive care capacity for severe trauma cases in Huizhou.In this article,our care system for severe trauma cases and training practices were introduced and shared.
