摘 要:作为传统产业的有色金属采选、冶炼、加工,均面临着高能耗与高污染等行业固有挑战,在绿色发展与碳达峰的要求,以及矿产采选逐步向西部转移的大背景下,江西有色金属产业亟需长远的可持发展续规划。随着新能源汽车行业的迅速扩张,动力电池回收逐渐成长为千亿级的大市场,有色金属行业应利用自身金属加工处理的经验参与电池回收,不仅能降低海外矿源的贸易风险,也能满足绿色发展的要求。本文分析了动力电池回收的技术基础和市场潜力,对相关博弈分析研究进行总结,揭示不同市场主体在电池回收过程中的互动关系,最后结合江西省产业政策布局,提出了应对建议。As traditional industries,the mining,smelting,and processing of non-ferrous metals are facing inherent challenges of high energy consumption and pollution.With the requirements of green development and carbon peak controlling,meanwhile a gradual shift of mineral mining and selection to the western regions,the non-ferrous metal industry in Jiangxi urgently needs long-term sustainable development planning.With the rapid expansion of the electric vehicle industry,the recycling of power batteries is gradually growing into a market with a scale of hundred billion business.The non-ferrous metal industry should utilize its experience in metal processing to participate in battery recycling,which can not only reduce the trade risks of overseas mineral sources but also meet the requirements of green development.This paper analyzes the technical foundation and market potential of power battery recycling,summarizes the research on relevant game analysis,revealing the interactive relationships among different market entities in the process of battery recycling,in conjunction with the industrial policy layout of Jiangxi Province,provides suggestions for business strategies.
