智慧化赋能全民健身背景下高校体育社会服务的研究——以滁州市为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方式,结合智慧化赋能全民健身的时代背景,对滁州市所在区域4所高校的体育场馆资源、体育社会服务情况进行了研究分析。研究发现,目前在智慧化赋能全民健身背景下,高校体育社会服务存在问题有:智慧体育资源稀少,无法满足受众需求;智慧化技术应用不广泛;服务态度差,缺乏科学完善的管理制度;对外开放时间不合理,资源利用率低下;经营模式不健全,商用和自用界限不清。针对以上问题,研究提出了相应的策略建议:拓展并升级智慧体育场馆资源、完善体育场馆管理制度和模式、创新定价收费模式、合理控制体育场馆的人流量、创新和健全体育场馆经营模式。By means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,combined with the era background of intelligent enabling national fitness,the sports venue resources and sports social services of 4 universities in Chuzhou City were studied and analyzed.In view of the status quo and problems of sports social services in these universities,the corresponding strategic suggestions are given:expanding and upgrading the resources of smart sports stadiums,improving the management system and mode of sports stadiums,innovating the pricing and charging mode,rationally controlling the flow of people in sports stadiums,innovating and perfecting the management mode of sports stadiums.
