摘  要:高校教职工体育活动组织模式是提升高校教职工服务体系的重要保障,也是实施健康中国战略的有力举措。目前,我国高校教职工体育活动组织模式主要以行政直线型管理为主,无法满足新时代高校教职工体育活动多元、智能、职业特性等需求。运用文献资料法、实地调查法等研究方法,分析我国高校教职工体育活动组织模式困境及发展路径,探寻与高等教育高质量发展相适应的教职工体育活动组织模式,也为构建更高水平的全民健身公共服务体系提供参考。The organization mode of university staff sports activities is an important guarantee to enhance the service system of university staff and a powerful measure to implement the strategy of Healthy China.At present,the organization mode of university staff sports activities in China is mainly based on administrative linear management,which is unable to meet the personalized needs of diversified,intelligent and professional characteristicsnt university staff sports activities in the new era.This paper uses literature,field survey and other methods to study and analyze the predicament and development path of the organization mode of sports activities of staff in Chinese colleges and universities,to explore the organization mode of sports activities of staff in line with the high-quality development of higher education,and also to provide reference for the construction of a higher level of public service system of national fitness.
