摘　　要：为了解决垂直轴偏差测量仪的有效溯源,确保瓶容器的垂直轴偏差满足企业生产需求,根据垂直轴偏差测量仪的测量原理,对垂直轴偏差测量仪的校准项目及校准方法进行了研究,并对该仪器垂直轴偏差的校准结果进行不确定度评定。结果表明:校准结果不确定度小于允许误差的三分之一要求。由此可见,此校准方法准确可靠。In order to solve the effective traceability of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument and ensure that the vertical axis deviation of the bottle container meets the production needs of the enterprise,according to the measurement principle of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument,the calibration items and calibration methods of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument are studied in this paper,and the uncertainty of the calibration results of the vertical axis deviation of the instrument is evaluated.The results show that the uncertainty of the calibration results is less than one-third of the allowable error requirement.This shows that this calibration method is accurate and reliable.
