摘  要:钢井架因良好的结构性能在大中型煤矿的竖向提升中被广泛应用。为了研究四斜柱式钢井架设计的布置选型、受力分析、荷载组合等设计要点,以实际工程为例,对同一模型分别采用不同规范的分项系数进行计算,并对结果进行对比。结果表明,按照新规范的分项系数进行设计更安全,同时提出了重视前期方案设计、进行参数化、模块化设计的建议,研究结果可供类似工程参考对照。Steel headframes are widely used in vertical lifting in large and medium-sized coal mines due to the excellent structural performance.In order to study the layout selection,stress analysis,load combination and other design points of the design of the four inclined column steel derrick,an actual project was taken as an example,the same model was calculated using the partial coefficients of different specifications,and the results were compared.The results indicate that designing according to the new standard's sub coefficients is safer and can be used as a reference for similar projects.At the same time,suggestions were put forward to attach importance to the preliminary scheme design,and to carry out parametric and modular design.
