煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压防治分级管理体系研究

摘  要:为了建立更加合理的掘进工作面冲击地压风险分级管理体系,首先采用因素分析法对煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压影响因素进行研判,获得掘进工作面冲击地压主要风险源。然后在风险因素分析的基础上,利用风险核查法确定采用两个一级指标和七个二级指标,对煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压风险进行综合评价分级,其中,两个一级指标为煤巷掘进工作面防冲理论及技术指标、煤巷掘进工作面防冲人员及管理指标,并针对一级指标分别提出了对应二级指标。采用层次分析法对各指标权重进行了计算,形成了煤巷掘进工作面冲击地压风险分级体系,将分级结果划分为“安全”“较安全”“中等”“较严重”“严重”五个等级,并根据不同风险等级,提出了合理化管理体系。最后,将分级体系应用到金庄煤矿掘进工作面,该工作面初始评级为“较严重”,制定针对性防控安全对策和配套制度措施并实施后,将风险等级提升至“较安全”级别,表明建立的分级管理体系较为合理,研究结果对掘进工作面冲击地压防治具有一定参考意义。To build up a rational graded management system for rock burst risk in excavation working face,we employ factor analysis to judge the influencing factors of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face,and obtain the main risk sources of rock burst in excavation working face.On the basis of risk factors analysis,the risk verification method defines the use of two categoric indicators and seven specific indicators to comprehensively classify the risk of rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face.The two categoric indicators are the theoretical and technical indicators of rock burst prevention in coal roadway excavation face,and the personnel and management indicators of rock burst prevention in coal roadway excavation face,based on which,the specific indicators are proposed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate the weights of indicators,forming a risk classification system for rock burst in coal roadway excavation working face.The classification results are divided into five levels:“safe”“relatively safe”“moderate”“relatively serious”and“serious”.Based on different risk levels,a rational management system is proposed accordingly.Finally,the grading system is applied to the excavation face of Jinzhuang mine,which is initially rated as“relatively serious”.With targeted prevention measures and solutions,the hazard level is improved to“relatively safe”,which indicates that the grading management system is rational,and the research results provide a certain reference for the prevention and control of rock burst in excavation faces.
