摘 要:为了确定双线性钢丝绳内聚力模型法向、切向、临界应力等参数值,文章提出了一种基于钢丝绳内聚力模型的构建与验证的方法。首先建立内聚力理论模型,分析法向、切向拉伸粘合强度与位移的变化关系;然后通过小型硫化装置制备法向和切向拉伸粘合强度测定实验试样,使用万能拉伸试验机对参数进行测定。最后基于实验结果提取的双线性内聚力模型参数值,使用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS对实验过程进行模拟仿真验证。实验结果显示仿真结果与实验结果最大误差约为2.7%,准确测定所需的钢丝绳-橡胶粘合界面的内聚力参数,适用于描述钢-橡胶界面的粘合、失效等情况。In order to determine the normal,tangential,critical stress and other parameters of the bilinear wire rope cohesion model,a parameters construction and verification method was proposed based on the wire rope cohesion model.Firstly,the theoretical model of cohesion was established to analyze the relationship between the tensile bond strength and the displacement in the direction and the tangential direction.Then the normal and tangential tensile bonding strength test samples were prepared by a small vulcanization device,and the parameters were measured by a universal tensile testing machine.Finally,based on the bilinear cohesive model parameter values extracted from the experimental results,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS was used to simulate and verify the experimental process.The experimental results show that the maximum error between the simulation results and the experimental results is about 2.7%.Accurate determination of the required cohesion parameters of the wire rope-rubber bonding interface is suitable for describing the adhesion and failure of the steel-rubber interface.
