炼焦中煤再磨与原生煤泥混合浮选实验研究

摘  要:采用显微镜下观察统计法,研究了洗中煤在不同破碎程度下的解离规律,确定了洗中煤深度浮选最佳解离粒度;根据洗中煤灰分和矿物赋存形式等特性,提出了洗中煤与原生煤泥混合浮选的分选方案,进行了两者不同配比的混合浮选试验。结果表明:当洗中煤破碎至-0.5 mm,单体解离度为27.95%;当煤样经破碎至-0.125 mm,单体解离度达到75.72%,即随着破碎程度的增加,洗中煤的单体解离效果逐渐趋好;当入选煤泥掺混配比由25%增到75%时,浮选精煤的灰分由9.95%降至8.61%,尾煤灰分由76.52%增大至78.02%,两者混合浮选能同时实现原生煤泥与洗中煤的较好分选。Statistical method of microscopic observation was adopted to study the dissociation law of washed coal samples under different crushing degrees,and the optimal dissociation particle size of washed coal in-depth flotation was determined according to the characteristics of washed coal ash and the form of mineral storage,the separation scheme of mixed flotation of washed coal and primary slurry was put forward and the mixed flotation test of the two with different ratios was carries out.The results show that when the washed coal sample is crushed to-0.5 mm,the monomer dissociation degree is 27.95%;when the sample is crushed to-0.125 mm,the liberation degree degree reaches 75.72%,i.e.,with the deepening of the degree of crushing,the liberation degree of the washed coal gradually tends to be better;when the mixing ratio of the selected slurry is increased from^(2)5%to 75%,the ash content of flotation concentrate is reduced from 9.95%to 8.61%,and the ash content of tailings is reduced from 76.9%to 8.61%.The ash content of tailings is reduced from 76.6%to 8.61%.When the mixing ratio of incoming coal slurry increased from^(2)5%to 75%,the ash content of flotation coal decreased from 9.95%to 8.61%,and that of tail coal increased from 76.52%to 78.02%.That is to say,after mixing the coal slurry,the clean coal yield increases,the fine coal ash decreases,the tail coal ash increases,and the selection indexes tend to be better,and the two mixing-flotation can realize the better separation of the primary coal slurry and the washed coal.
