摘 要:采用PCD刀具对钛合金Ti-6Al-4V进行湿式外圆车削实验,并计算不同进给量下的理论粗糙度,基于单因素实验方法研究了切削用量对切削力和工件已加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:在实验参数范围内,主切削力随切削深度的增大而显著增加,进给量次之;轴向力和径向力随切削深度的增大而增大,但增加幅度不大;主切削力随进给量的增大而有较大增加,但进给量对径向力和轴向力的影响较小;整体上各切削分力随切削速度的增大而有所增加,但增幅较小。进给量对工件表面粗糙度影响最大,而且进给量越大,实际切削工件粗糙度与理论计算值越接近。The wet turning experiment of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V is carried out with PCD tool,and the theoretical roughnesses under different feed rates are calculated.Based on the experimental method of single factor,the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and machined surface roughness of workpiece is studied.The results show that in the range of experimental parameters,the main cutting force increases significantly with the increase of cutting depth,followed by feed rate.The axial force and radial force increase with the increase of cutting depth,but the increase is not large.The main cutting force increases greatly with the increase of feed rate,but the effect of feed rate on radial force and axial force is small.On the whole,each cutting component increases with the increase of cutting speed,but the increase range is small.The feed rate has the greatest influence on the surface roughness of the workpiece,and the higher the feed rate,the closer the actual cutting workpiece roughness is to the theoretical calculation value.
