摘  要:高速硬车削是目前实现轴承套圈高效精密加工的关键技术之一。由于轴承套圈具有硬度高、强度大及薄壁等难加工特点,高速硬车削该类材料零件往往存在刀具失效快、表面质量不易保证等难题。为此,以PCBN刀具高速硬车削GCr15薄壁轴承套圈为研究对象,通过单因素基础切削试验探究修光刃宽度和刀尖圆弧半径等刀具刀尖结构对切削力和切削温度的影响,并在此基础上进行正交试验,对比分析刀具刀尖结构和切削速度、进给量等切削用量对已加工表面粗糙度和残余应力的影响,优选工艺参数,从而为高效高质量加工轴承套圈提供关键技术与数据支撑。High speed hard turning is one of the key technologies to realize high efficiency and precision machining of bearing rings.However,bearing rings have the characteristics of high hardness,high strength and thin wall,leading to difficulties such as rapid tool failure and poor surface quality in high speed hard turning.Therefore,this article takes high-speed hard turning of GCr15 thin-walled bearing rings with PCBN tools as the research object.Through single factor basic cutting experiments,the influence of tool tip microstructure such as the wiper edge width and the tool nose radius on cutting force and cutting temperature is explored.On this basis,orthogonal experiments are conducted to compare and analyze the effects of microstructure parameters of the tool edge,cutting speed,feed rate,and other cutting parameters on the surface roughness and residual stress of the machined surface.And optimize the process parameters to provide key technology and data support for efficient and high-quality processing of bearing rings.
