摘  要:针对联轴器与十字轴铆接时的特殊工况设计了一种专用夹具,能利用有限的空间完成定位和夹紧,同时克服铆接时的压力,操作灵活,保证压铆质量。通过分析零件和铆接工艺的特点,根据平面连杆机构自由度和机构组成原理的要求,确定夹具设计的可行性,使其精准地完成对十字轴轴承的定位,重复定位精度达到0.1mm,并实现工件外圆的自定心。基于SolidWorks软件构建三维模型,运用ANSYS软件对起支撑作用的滑块进行有限元分析,仿真结果表明,该夹具的设计符合加工技术要求,安全可靠。经实践证明,满足了零件批量生产的需求,可为相似零件专用夹具设计提供借鉴。A special fixture is designed for the special working condition when the coupling and the cross shaft are riveted,which not only can use the limited space to complete the positioning and clamping,but also can overcome the riveting pressure,flexible operation,ensure the quality of riveting press.The characteristics of parts and riveting process is analyzed,according to the requirements of the degree of freedom of the planar linkage mechanism and the composition principle of the mechanism,the feasibility of fixture design is determined,so that it can accurately complete the positioning of the cross shaft bearing,repeated positioning accuracy reaches of 0.1mm,and the self-centering of the outer circle of the workpiece is realised.In addition,the three-dimensional model is built based on Solidworks,the finite element analysis of the slider which plays a supporting role is carried out by ANSYS,the simulation results show that the design of the fixture meets the requirements of processing technology is safe and reliable.The practice has proved that it can meet the needs of mass production of parts,and the design concept of the fixture structure is scientific,which has certain reference significance for the design of similar parts special fixture.
