盆底康复联合心理疏导治疗产后尿潴留的研究

摘　　要：目的观察盆底康复训练联合心理疏导对产后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日期间在江西省妇幼保健院产科诊断为产后尿潴留的产妇为研究对象,最终共有100例产妇纳入了本研究。随机数字表法将100例产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组接受诱导排尿、导尿治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,接受盆底康复训练及心理疏导方法。观察两组患者治疗效果、排尿情况、盆底功能、心理状况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率、阴道静息压及阴道收缩压均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组首次排尿时间短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组,焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论盆底康复训练联合心理疏导治疗产后尿潴留效果良好,能够增强膀胱及盆底功能,改善产妇生活质量和心理状态。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with psychological counseling on postpartum urinary retention.Methods Mothers diagnosed with postpartum urinary retention in the Obstetrics Department of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the period of 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and a total of 100 cases were finally included in this study.The 100 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received the treatment of inducing urination and catheterisation,while the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training and psychological counselling methods on the basis of conventional treatment.Observe the treatment effect,urination,pelvic floor function,and psychological condition of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment,vaginal resting pressure and vaginal systolic pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter time to first urination than the control group,a greater volume of first urination than the control group,and lower anxiety and depression scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with psychological counseling can effectively treat postpartum urinary retention,enhance bladder and pelvic floor functions,and improve the life and psychological condition of puerperal women.
