摘　　要：目的探讨高依赖康复病房内气管切开术后患者给予重症康复综合管理方案对其康复效果、预后的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年10月高依赖康复病房内收治的重症且行气管切开术的患者80例,按照入院号随机分为观察组(重症康复综合管理方案)和对照组(常规管理)各40例,对比两组干预效果。结果观察组刺激性咳嗽、痰液黏稠、呼吸道黏膜出血评分,并发症发生率,住院时间和置管时间,焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分数据均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症康复综合管理方案可加快气管切开术后患者康复,改善预后,价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation management program on the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of patients after tracheotomy in high dependency rehabilitation ward.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe conditions who underwent tracheotomy in the high-dependency rehabilitation ward from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(comprehensive management program of severe rehabilitation)and the control group(routine management)with 40 cases each according to the admission number.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of irritating cough,phlegm viscosity,respiratory mucosa emergence,complication rate,hospital stay,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of Glasgow Coma(GCS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive management program of severe rehabilitation can accelerate the recovery of patients after tracheotomy,improve the prognosis,and has high value.
