基于行为转变理论的护理干预对胃肠道手术患者负性情绪与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胃肠道手术患者实施行为转变理论护理干预的作用。方法纳入2021年1月至2023年12月清流县总医院收治的100例行胃肠道手术患者,采用密闭信封法分为对照组(n=50)、研究组(n=50)。对照组术后行常规护理,研究组结合行为转变理论护理干预。护理前及护理3个月,对比两组负性情绪、生活能力、睡眠质量、生活质量评分。结果研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,睡眠效率、睡眠质量、入睡时间、催眠药物、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍等各项匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,生理功能、心理能力、社交能力、精神/信仰、环境状态等各项世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论胃肠道手术患者实施行为转变理论护理干预,能够缓解其负性情绪,提高生活能力及生活质量,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the role of theoretical nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 100 gastrointestinal surgery patients admitted to Qingliu County General Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(n=50)and group(n=50).The control group underwent routine care after surgery,and the research group combined the theoretical nursing intervention with behavioral change.Before and after 3 months of care,comparison of negative mood,ability to live,quality of sleep,and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results For 3 months,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,ability of daily living(ADL)scores,Various Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores for sleep efficiency,sleep quality,time to sleep,hypnotic drugs,sleep duration,sleep disorders,and daytime dysfunction were lower than those of the control group,and The World Health Organisation quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)scores were higher than those of the control group in physiological functioning,mental ability,social ability,spirituality/beliefs,and environmental status(all P<0.05).Conclusions Theoretical nursing intervention can relieve their negative emotions,improve life ability and quality of life,and improve sleep quality.
