康复循证护理在腹股沟斜疝手术患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析腹股沟斜疝手术患者术后应用康复循证护理的效果。方法选取我院2021年4月至2023年8月收治的80例腹股沟斜疝手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(40例)采用常规康复护理,观察组(40例)实施康复循证护理。比较两组患者护理前后自我效能水平、生活质量改善情况和下床活动时间、首次排气时间、进食时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组腹股沟斜疝手术患者下床活动、首次排气、进食、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);两组积极态度、自我决策、自我减压评分均高于护理前且观察组更高(均P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生理、心理、角色、感情评分均高于护理前且观察组更高(均P<0.05)。结论腹股沟斜疝手术患者术后实施康复循证护理可有效减少阴囊水肿等并发症发生,提高腹股沟斜疝手术患者自我效能和生活质量水平。Objective To analyze the effect of postoperative rehabilitation evidence-based nursing for patients with oblique inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 80 patients with oblique inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)received evidence-based rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of self-efficacy level,quality of life,time to get out of bed,time to first vent,time to eat,time to stay in hospital and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results After nursing,the movement of patients getting out of bed,first exhaust gas,food intake and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of positive attitude,self-decision making and self-decompression in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in observation group were higher(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The physiological,psychological,role and emotional scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of observation group were higher(all P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications such as scrotal edema and improve the level of self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with oblique inguinal hernia.
