吗啉硝唑联合头孢唑肟钠辅助腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析吗啉硝唑联合头孢唑肟钠辅助腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院确诊并接受腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎患者进行随机分组,选取时段2022年4月至2023年4月,全体132例患者参照随机数字表法划分成两组,每组分别纳入66例。其中对照组术后予以奥硝唑联合头孢唑肟钠治疗,观察组术后予以吗啉硝唑联合头孢唑肟钠治疗。观察两组术后恢复指标(术后退热时间、切口愈合时间、术后住院时间)、炎性因子(IL-6、CRP、TNF-α)以及并发症(切口感染、腹腔感染、持续发热)的差异。结果在术后退热时间、切口愈合时间、术后住院时间方面,观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。与组内治疗前相比,两组患者经治疗后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均出现下降(均P<0.05);组间比较,观察组上述指标均比对照组更低(P<0.05)。在并发症总发生率方面,观察组相比对照组下降(P<0.05)。结论吗啉硝唑联合头孢唑肟钠辅助腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎,有助于缓解机体炎症状态,减少并发症发生,加快术后恢复进程。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of morinidazole and cefazoxime sodium assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods Patients diagnosed with appendicitis and receiving laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly grouped from April 2022 to April 2023.All 132 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and 66 cases were included in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole and cefazoxime sodium,and the observation group was treated with morinidazole and cefazoxime sodium.The differences of postoperative recovery indexes(postoperative fever reduction time,incision healing time,postoperative hospital stay),inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP,TNF-α)and complications(incision infection,abdominal infection,persistent fever)between the two groups were observed.Results The time of postoperative fever,wound healing and postoperative hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αwere decreased in both groups after treatment(all P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Morinidazole and cefazoxime sodium assisted laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis is helpful to relieve inflammation,reduce complications and accelerate postoperative recovery.
