外用姜柏酊联合纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究外用姜柏酊联合纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2021年11月至2022年11月收治100例斑秃患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例,试验组给予外用姜柏酊联合纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊方案,对照组给予单纯纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊方案,共治疗3个疗程(1个疗程为4周),分别观察分析治疗后两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果试验组和对照组在治疗后第4周、第8周、第12周时,斑秃皮损评分均较各自方案的上一疗程降低(均P<0.05)。各治疗节点的组间比较提示观察组皮损评分下降更明显,优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗12周后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外用姜柏酊联合纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊方案的临床效果良好,能降低斑秃皮损评分,提高患者生活质量,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of topical Jiangbai tincture combined with nano-needle introduction of 5%minoxidil tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 60 patients with alopecia areata treated in our hospital from November,2021 to November,2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Jiangbai tincture for external use and 5%minoxidil tincture was introduced by nano-needles,while the control group was given 5%minoxidil tincture by nano-needles,with a total of three courses of treatment(one course was four weeks),and the treatment was observed and analyzed respectively.Results At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the scores of alopecia areata in experimental group and control group were lower than those in the previous course of treatment(all P<0.05).The comparison between the treatment nodes indicated that the lesion score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The external application of Jiangbai tincture combined with nano-needle introduction of 5%minoxidil tincture has a good clinical effect,which can significantly reduce the score of alopecia areata and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is safe.
