摘　　要：目的分析大隐静脉曲张术后早期康复护理效果。方法选择84例大隐静脉曲张患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),均行高位结扎剥脱术(HLS)。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组同步开展早期康复护理。比较两组术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、离床活动时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间、并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h与72 h疼痛VAS评分较低,离床活动时间较早,住院时间与切口愈合时间较短(均P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症累计发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可加快大隐静脉曲张患者术后疼痛缓解与术后康复,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for patients with great saphenous vein varicosity.Methods 84 patients with great saphenous vein varicosity were enrolled,randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42),both groups underwent HLS.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing simultaneously.Postoperative pain VAS,ambulation time,hospital stay,incision healing time,and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower pain VAS scores at 12 hours,24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery,earlier time out of bed,and shorter hospital stay and incision healing time(all P<0.05).The cumulative incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing can accelerate postoperative pain relief and recovery in patients with great saphenous vein varicosity after surgery,and reduce complications.
