产后访视及保健在产后康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨产后访视及保健在产后康复中的应用效果。方法抽取本社区收治的产妇80例为本次研究对象,时间范围选取自2020年1月至2023年12月,随机数字表法将其分为对照组(施以常规产后康复,n=40)和观察组(给予产后访视及保健,n=40)。比较两组产妇康复情况、心理状态、并发症发生率、认知行为及健康保健知识掌握评分。结果观察组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,子宫底高度低于对照组,恶露量少于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理后,两组对比SAS评分和SDS评分,观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率2.50%低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。观察组自我护理、新生儿护理等认知行为评分及健康保健知识掌握评分较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论产后访视及保健在产妇产后康复中的应用效果显著,可改善产妇负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提升产妇认知行为及健康保健知识掌握情况。Objective To investigate the application of postpartum visit and health care in postpartum rehabilitation and its impact on their recovery.Methods A total of 50 women admitted to the community were selected from January 2020 to December 2023,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine postpartum rehabilitation,n=40)and observation group(postpartum visits and health care,n=40).The scores of rehabilitation,psychological state,complication rate,cognitive behavior and health care knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a shorter lactation initiation time than the control group,a lower uterine fundus height than the control group,and a lesser amount of malodour than the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the two groups compared the SAS score and SDS score,and the observation group was lower than the control group(both P<0.05).The total complication rate of 2.50%in the observation group was lower than that of 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Cognitive behavioural scores such as self-care and neonatal care and health care knowledge acquisition scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The cognitive,behavioral and health care knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of postpartum visit and health care in postpartum rehabilitation is significant,improving negative emotion,reducing the incidence of complications,and improving the mastery of cognitive behavior and health care knowledge,which has high application value.
