摘 要:目的探讨抗生素不同用药方法在剖宫产围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月我院收治的行剖宫产术产妇100例,随机数字表法分组,各50例。对照组产后常规应用头孢唑林钠,观察组在手术开展前30 min预防性应用头孢唑林钠,术后6 h重复使用头孢唑林钠,比较两组抗生素总使用时间、住院时间、药物费用、术后炎性因子水平与术后发热和切口感染发生率情况。结果观察组抗生素总使用时间与住院时间短于对照组,抗生素使用费用低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组术后6 h、12 h的白细胞介素(IL)-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组术后发热与切口感染率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用抗生素在剖宫产术前预防性应用联合术后重复使用,可缩短抗生素的使用时间,减轻患者炎性反应,降低术后发热与切口感染的风险。Objective Explore the application effect of different antibiotic medication methods in the perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 cases of women admitted to our hospital who underwent cesarean section from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and grouped into 50 cases each by random number table method.In the control group,cefazolin sodium was routinely applied after delivery,and in the observation group,cefazolin sodium was prophylactically applied 30 min before the operation was carried out,and cefazolin sodium was repeated 6 hours after the operation,so as to compare the total antibiotic use time,length of hospital stay,cost of medication,level of postoperative inflammatory factor with the incidence of postoperative fever and incision infection in the two groups.Results The total antibiotic use time and hospitalisation time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the cost of antibiotic use was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05);the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-αwere lower than that of the control group at 6 hours and 12 hours postoperatively in the observation group(all P<0.05);The rates of postoperative fever and incision infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions The prophylactic application of antibiotics before cesarean section combined with postoperative repeated use can shorten the use time of antibiotics,reduce patient inflammatory reactions,and reduce the risk of postoperative fever and incision infection.
