保护动机理论配合中医特色护理应用于骨质疏松患者中的应用及对中医症候、NRS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨保护动机理论配合中医特色护理应用于骨质疏松患者中的应用及对中医症候、数字疼痛评分法(NRS)评分的影响。方法选取80例2023年3月至10月间本院接收的骨质疏松患者,根据数字随机表法分为两组,对照组40例行中医特色护理,观察组40例予以保护动机理论配合中医特色护理。对两组的心理状态、自我管理能力、中医症候评分及NRS评分进行比较。结果观察组干预后的自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的腰背部疼痛、腰膝酸软、肢体痿弱、下肢抽筋评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松患者展开保护动机理论配合中医特色护理有助于进一步改善其心理状态、自我管理能力,并降低中医症候及NRS评分。Objective To explore the application of protective motivation theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in osteoporosis patients and its impact on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and digital pain scoring(NRS)scores.Methods A total of 80 osteoporosis patients admitted to our hospital between March and October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a digital random table method.The control group received 40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine specialty nursing,while the observation group received 40 cases of protective motivation theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine specialty nursing.Compare the psychological status,self-management ability,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and NRS score between the two groups.Results The self-management ability assessment(ESCA)score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had lower scores for lower back pain,lower back and knee soreness,limb weakness,and lower limb cramps compared to the control group after intervention(P<0.05);The NRS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combining the theory of protective motivation with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can further improve the psychological state and selfmanagement ability of patients with osteoporosis,and reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and NRS scores.
