摘　　要：目的探究分析产科护理实施人性化护理的效果。方法选取于2021年1月至2023年12月,我院孕产妇共82例作为本次研究对象。应用随机数字分组的方式,将82例孕产妇随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,对比两组的心理状态、产程时间、分娩结局、睡眠质量、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间短于对照组,分娩结局优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇对护理的满意度以及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在开展产科护理工作过程中,结合人性化护理模式对孕产妇进行干预,能够改善患者心理状态、产程时间以及睡眠质量,确保产妇分娩结局、生活质量以及满意度的提升。Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of implementing humanized nursing in obstetric nursing.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,a total of 82 pregnant and postpartum women in the primary department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Using random number grouping,82 pregnant and postpartum women were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,41 cases each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received humanized care.The psychological status of the two groups was compared,production process time,delivery outcome,sleep quality,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).The time of the first stage of labour,the time of the second stage of labour and the time of the third stage of labour of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the outcome of labour was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The maternal satisfaction with nursing care and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of carrying out obstetric nursing care,the combination of humane nursing model of maternal intervention can improve the patient's psychological state,the duration of labour and the quality of sleep,to ensure that the outcome of the birth of the mother,the quality of life and the satisfaction of the mother to improve.
