摘 要:新产品开发是企业维持竞争优势的关键手段,对其生存和发展具有重要意义。基于合作网络与技术网络双重网络视角,选取2007—2021年216家中国生物医药上市公司专利数据与财务数据,探讨动态网络能力(中心度和结构洞)、技术融合能力对新产品开发绩效的影响机制,并验证企业创新绩效的中介效应。结果表明,动态网络能力、技术融合能力对新产品开发绩效具有正向影响,企业创新绩效在中心度、技术融合能力对新产品开发绩效影响过程中发挥部分中介作用,在结构洞对新产品开发绩效影响过程中发挥完全中介作用。结论可为企业运用动态网络能力、技术融合能力提升新产品开发绩效提供参考。The development of new products is essential for the sustainability of companies to improve their innovation capacity and maintain their competitive advantage.However,new product development is a costly,time-consuming and risky process,and the transformation of basic science into usable products cannot be achieved without the combined catalytic effect of various internal factors(e.g.,technical competence)and external factors(e.g.cooperation with channel members).Successful completion of the entire new product development process,from product design,planning,manufacturing,improvement,and final production,relies on a company's dynamic network capabilities and technology integration capabilities.Companies use dynamic network capabilities to explore new resources,and the unique value created by the integration of opportunity resources gives companies a competitive advantage and drives the new product development process.Moreover,technology convergence capabilities are necessary for organizations to respond to technological change and conduct new product development.Existing literature has confirmed the positive impact of network capabilities and technological capabilities on new product development,but none of them has studied their impact on new product development performance from the dynamic perspective of dual networks,and there is a lack of in-depth research on the intrinsic impact mechanisms.Therefore,this study explores how these two key capabilities affect the performance of new biopharmaceutical product development.In this paper,216 Chinese listed biopharmaceutical companies are screened from the Osiris database as the study sample,with a total of 996 observations.Patent data of these companies from 2007 to 2021 is collected through the IncoPat database,and a three-year moving time window is used to construct a collaboration network and a technology network,respectively;specifically,the collaboration network built during the period from 2010 to 2012(t2)is compared with the network dynamics observed during th
