摘　　要：相较于标准轨道动车组,米轨动车组的研发更具挑战性,尤其需要考虑较窄的车体宽度和当地的习惯。厨房系统作为动车组列车的重要组成部分,用于为旅客提供餐饮服务,对提升旅客的旅行舒适度至关重要。针对出口至东南亚地区的米轨动车组,文章从设备布置、关键尺寸设计、供水系统设计和控制系统设计等方面,详细介绍和分析了其厨房系统的设计。Compared to standard-gauge EMUs,the development of meter-gauge EMUs is more challenging,especially considering the smaller width of the car body and local customs.As the important part of the EMUs,the kitchen system is used to provide catering services for passengers,which is crucial to improving their travel comfort.For the meter-gauge EMUs exported to Southeast Asia,this paper presents and analyzes the design of kitchen system in detail from the aspects of equipment layout,key size design,water supply system design and control system design.
