摘 要:目的:观察低频脉冲电磁场联合递增负荷功率自行车运动在骨质疏松患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月该院收治的126例骨质疏松患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各63例。对照组给予递增负荷功率自行车运动治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合低频脉冲电磁场治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分、日本骨科学会下腰痛评估量表(JOA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、骨密度和骨代谢指标[血钙(Ca)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血磷(P)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%(60/63),高于对照组的80.95%(51/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA和BI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组股骨颈、股骨粗隆、Wards三角、腰椎骨密度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Ca水平高于对照组,ALP、P、PTH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电磁场联合递增负荷功率自行车运动应用于骨质疏松患者可提高治疗总有效率、骨密度、JOA评分和BI评分,改善骨代谢指标水平,降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯递增负荷功率自行车运动治疗。Objective:To observe application effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field combined with incremental load power bicycle exercise in patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 126 patients with osteoporosis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with incremental load power bicycle exercise,while the study group was treated with low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain assessment scale(JOA)score,the Barthel index(BI)score,the bone mineral density,and the bone metabolism index[blood calcium(Ca),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH)]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%(60/63),which was higher than 80.95%(51/63)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the JOA and BI scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bone density levels of femoral neck,femoral trochanter,Wards triangle and lumbar vertebra in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the level of Ca in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of ALP,P and PTH were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field combined with incremental load power bicycle exercise in the patients with osteoporosis can improve the
