地榆升白片联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并白细胞减少患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察地榆升白片联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)合并白细胞减少患者的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月河南宏力医院收治的92例甲亢合并白细胞减少患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各46例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合地榆升白片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后甲状腺功能指标[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)与游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)]水平、白细胞计数,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为89.13%(41/46),高于对照组的71.74%(33/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组TSH水平高于对照组,FT3、FT4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞计数均多于治疗前,且研究组多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.70%(4/46),低于对照组的23.91%(11/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地榆升白片联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢合并白细胞减少患者可提高治疗总有效率,增加白细胞计数,改善甲状腺功能指标水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯甲巯咪唑治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with Methimazole in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with leukopenia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with hyperthyroidism and leukopenia admitted to Henan Hongli hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methimazole,while the study group was treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the thyroid function indexes[thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)]levels and the white blood cell count before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 89.13%(41/46),which was higher than 71.74%(33/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TSH level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of FT3 and FT4 were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the white blood cell counts of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.70%(4/46),which was lower than 23.91%(11/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with Methimazole can improve the total effective rate and the white blood cell count,improve the levels of thyroid function indexes and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of hyperthyroidism complicated with leukopenia.Moreover,it is superior to simple Methimazol
