手术安全核查表指导下的针对性护理在全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察手术安全核查表指导下的针对性护理在全身麻醉手术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月该院收治的55例实施常规护理的手术患者的临床资料,纳入对照组。回顾性分析2019年7月至2020年12月该院收治的55例实施手术安全核查表指导下的针对性护理的手术患者的临床资料,纳入观察组。比较两组护理安全质量评分、护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理风险预警、并发症预防、护理差错规避等护理安全质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的83.64%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的14.55%(8/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术安全核查表指导下的针对性护理应用于全身麻醉手术患者可提高护理安全质量评分和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:The clinical data of 55 surgical patients who underwent routine nursing in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and they were included in the control group.The clinical data of 55 surgical patients who received surgical safety checklistguided targeted nursing in the hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and they were included in the observation group.The nursing safety quality score,the nursing satisfaction,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing safety quality such as nursing risk early warning,complication prevention and nursing error avoidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than 14.55%(8/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The surgical safety checklist-guided targeted nursing in the patients undergoing general anesthesia can improve the nursing safety quality scores,the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
