摘 要:离心压缩机性能的优劣主要取决于核心部件叶轮,由于三元叶轮叶片曲面的复杂性,使得获取三元叶轮的原始数据和创新设计比较困难,逆向建模完美地解决了复杂曲面的造型问题。本文以三元叶轮为研究对象,首先进行数据采集和点云处理,然后利用Geomagic Design X软件在误差控制范围内实现三元叶轮的精准逆向设计,将逆向设计的模型进行3D打印成叶轮实物,再现了逆向设计模型。研究结果表明,采用逆向设计可以实现复杂结构的三元叶轮的再现和创新。The performance of centrifugal compressor mainly depends on the core component impeller,but because of the complexity of the three-dimensional impeller blade surface,it is difficult to obtain the original data and innovation of the three-dimensional impeller,and reverse engineering perfectly solves the modeling problem of the complex surface.In this paper,the three-dimensional impeller is taken as the research object.Firstly,data collection and point clouds processing are carried out,and the precise reverse design of the three-dimensional impeller is realized within the control range by using the Geomagic Design X software,and the reverse design model was 3D printed into the impeller object,reproducing the reverse design model.The research results show that the reconstruction and innovation of the three-dimensional impeller with complex structure can be realized by using reverse design.
