摘　　要：为更好推动服务机器人的发展,药品配送机器人可使医院的自动化程度得到提升。本文将服务蓝图法应用到药品配送机器人的研究设计中,确定目标用户群并进行调研,从而得到用户需求,为设计出满足用户需求、用户体验满意度高的药品配送机器人提供指导。Order to better promote the development of service robots,drug delivery robots can improve the degree of automation in hospitals.The service blueprint method is applied to the research and design of drug delivery robot to determine the target user group and conduct research,so as to obtain user needs,and provide guidance for designing drug delivery robots that meet user needs and have high user experience satisfaction.
