数字经济背景下公共事业管理专业校企政人才培养路径研究——以广西G高校为例

摘  要:在数字经济高速发展的浪潮下,高校公共事业管理专业的发展也面临着新机遇和新挑战。通过梳理广西G高校公共事业管理专业人才培养实践,发现目前公共事业管理专业人才培养存在毕业生就业情况与人才培养目标不匹配、人才培养方案与数字经济时代发展相滞后、专业实践薄弱与企事业用人需求不相符等问题,造成这些问题的原因是:人才培养目标定位未能突出学校特色与优势;人才培养方案与社会需求错位;专业实践不足,联合培养运行机制不健全。数字经济背景下公共事业管理人才培养路径:(一)优化人才培养方案;(二)创新教学模式;(三)建设产业学院,校企政共同育人;(四)多渠道合力,提升师生社会服务能力;(五)创建企业、政府案例库。The burgeoning of digital economy is bringing both new opportunities and challenges to the development of the major of public administration in colleges and universities.By analyzing the training practice of talents majoring in public administration in the Guangxi G University,this paper finds that there exist such problems in the cultivation of public administration majors as the mismatch between employment of graduates and objectives of cultivation,the lag between talents training programs and the digital economy development,and the gap between the unqualified professional practice of the graduates and the personnel need of private enterprises and public institutions.The causes of the problems above are:the orientation of training objectives fails to highlight the characteristics and advantages of the universities or colleges;the training programs fail to meet the social demand;inadequate professional practice and unsound joint training mechanism.Accordingly,in the context of digital economy,the training path of talents of public administration is put forward:(1)optimizing talents training programs;(2)innovating teaching models;(3)building industrial colleges to cultivate talents with the joint efforts of campuses,enterprises,and governments;(4)integrating forces from many aspects to enhance the ability of teachers and students to serve society;(5)constructing an case bank of enterprises and governments.
