马克思主义视域下密利本德社会主义民主建构性思想的研究

摘　　要：通过重访密利本德社会主义民主思想的时代语境和生发逻辑,获得其社会主义民主思想的基本架构:(一)人民主体的社会主义民主逻辑;(二)公正法治的社会主义民主制度;(三)真实有效的社会主义民主参与。他的社会主义民主建构性思想具有坚持贯彻马克思主义基本理念和实践性两个理论特征,填补了战后马克思主义国家理论的空白,他确立的民主逻辑建设、民主主体范围、民主参与程度中公平与正义的基本原则,为社会主义民主建设作出重大贡献,也为我们建设全过程人民民主提供了有益的启示。By retrospecting the historical context and generative logic of Miliband’s socialist democratic thought,we can obtain the fundamental framework of his socialist democratic ideology:(1)the logic of socialist democracy centered on the people;(2)the system of socialist democracy based on justice and rule of law;(3)genuine and effective democratic participation in socialist democracy.Characterized by the two theoretical features of adherence to the fundamental principles of Marxism and practicality,Miliband’s constructivism of socialist democracy fills the gap of post-war Marxist state theory.He establishes the basic principles of fairness and justice in the construction of democratic logic,the scope of democratic subjects,and the degree of democratic participation,making significant contributions to the construction of socialist democracy and providing valuable insights for our construction of whole-process people’s democracy.
