摘 要:在百千万工程背景下,美育支教成为大学生参与社会实践的重要组成部分。对于参与其中的大学生,获得感成为衡量其支教经历价值的重要标准之一。采取质性访谈方法,对G校16名美育支教大学生进行个案研究,探究大学生参与美育支教活动的获得感及其对未来职业规划的影响。研究发现:对教师职业的向往是支教大学生参加美育帮扶的主要动机,其获得感主要体现在教学和时间管理技能提升、社会与情感方面的收获,对大学生的职业志向、态度和技能均有重要影响;同时,也存在高校补助不及时、学业难平衡等负面因素,需要政府、学校和社会共同努力,确保支教大学生能够顺利参与支教活动并有较强获得感。In the context of the“Hundred,Thousand,and Ten Thousand Project”,aesthetic education has become an important part of college students’participation in social practice.For the participating college students,the sense of gain has become one of the important criteria for measuring the value of their education support experience.With a qualitative interview method,this paper conducts a case study on 16 students in G college who participate in aesthetic education support to explore their sense of grain college students and its impact on their future career planning.It’s found that the primary motivation for their participating in aesthetic education support is their aspiration for a teaching career,and their sense of gain is mainly reflected in the enhancement of teaching and time management skills,and gain in social and emotional aspects.Moreover,the education support has an impact on career aspiration,attitudes,skills.There are,however,some negative aspects such as delayed financial support from universities and colleges,and difficulties in balancing education support and their study,which requires joint efforts of governments,campuses,and society to guarantee the smooth participation of students in education support and their sense of gain.
