基于双螺旋结构的高校心理健康教育服务体系研究

摘　　要：心理健康教育服务担负着促进学生全面发展的重要使命,是培养新时代全面发展人才的应然需要,是增强高校思政教育实效性的金石良策,也是推动社会和谐稳定发展的必由之路。目前高校心理健康教育服务中存在协同育人合力不足、全面发展需求被忽视、研究生心理健康教育边缘化等问题。参考生物学中DNA分子的双螺旋结构,构建涵盖校心理中心、院二级心理辅导站、辅导员、研究生导师/班主任、师门负责人/朋辈导师、心理委员、宿舍长等关键要素的双螺旋结构心理健康教育服务体系,从制度保障、队伍建设、评估反馈、预防干预等方面推动心理育人工作高质量发展。Bearing the important mission of promoting the comprehensive development of students,psychological health education services is the essential requirement for cultivating all-round talents in the New Era,a sound strategy for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the path we must take to promote social harmony and stable development.There are currently,however,some problems in the service of psychological health and education in colleges and universities,such as insufficient joint efforts in collaborative cultivation,neglected need of all-round development,and the marginalization of psychological health and education of graduate students.Drawing on the double helix structure of DNA in biology,this paper constructs a service system of psychological health and education which encompasses key elements such as the psychological center of the school,secondary psychological counseling stations,counselors,graduate tutors/class supervisors,research group heads/tutors of peer graduates,psychological commissioners and dormitory heads.Promote the high-quality development of psychological education through institutional guarantees,team building,evaluation feedback,and preventive interventions.
