摘 要:在抗日战争时期的陕甘宁边区,社会教育工作面临着外部环境和现实需求的双重压力。为了应对这种情况,边区积极开展了广泛而深入的社会教育活动。鉴于农村人口分散、无法设立学校的情况,识字组成为社会教育工作的一个重要组成部分。识字组将生产和生活密切相关的人员组合在一起,指定小组长,赋予他们监督和推进识字的重要职责,通过专门辅导培训,普遍采用“小先生制”的教学方式,从家庭邻里扩展至街道巷口,不受时间和地点的限制,利用任何空闲时间,随时随地进行教学活动,推动了教学互动,为实现教育目标提供了有力支持,在提高群众文化素养、政治意识、促进生产发展等方面发挥了重要作用。In the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,social education faced the double pressure of the external environment and internal needs.In order to cope with this situation,the border region actively carried out extensive and in-depth social education activities.Given the dispersing rural population which made it impossible to establish schools,literacy groups have become an important component of social education.The literacy groups brought together individuals closely related to production and daily life,designated group leaders,and assigned them with the important responsibilities of supervising and promoting literacy.The literacy groups,through special training and with a widely adopted teaching method of“little teacher system”,expanded from neighborhoods to streets,utilizing any available time and space to conduct teaching activities anytime and anywhere,free from time and space restrictions.Moreover,the groups promoted teaching interaction,provided powerful support for achieving educational goals,and played an important role in enhancing the cultural literacy and political awareness of the populace,and facilitating production development.
