摘　　要：城市滨水空间正历经由“工业型遗迹”蜕变至“生活型场所”的转型阶段,亟需开展基于公众视角下的使用后评估,对转型后的滨水建成环境进行回应公众需求的再优化设计。文章以上海黄浦江“中央活力段”9个滨水活力公共空间为研究对象,引入城市意象理论,基于线上点评数据展开滨水空间使用后评估,并构建三大维度十二因子的滨水空间使用后评估体系,以期为城市滨水空间规划建设与更新改造提供科学的理论指导。Urban waterfront space is undergoing the stage of transformation from an“industrial relics”to a“lifestyle place”,the post-use evaluation based on the public perspective urgently needs to be developed,and the re-optimization design in response to public demand shall be performed to the waterfront built environment after transformation.Taking the nine waterfront vitality public space at the“central vitality section”of Huangpu River in Shanghai as the research object,this paper introduces city image theory,and it carries out post-use evaluation of waterfront space based on online review data,and it constructs the system of post-use evaluation of waterfront space with three-dimensional twelve factors,so as to provide scientific theoretical guidance for the space planning and construction as well as renovation and transformation of urban waterfront space.
