吴门RMK-03^(TM)黏膜抑菌喷剂联合枸地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察吴门RMK-03^(TM)黏膜抑菌喷剂联合枸地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法收集60例于2022年11月~2023年11月至苏州市中医医院耳鼻喉科就诊的AR患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予枸地氯雷他定口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予吴门RMK-03^(TM)黏膜抑菌喷剂喷鼻,根据两组患者就诊当天和用药2周后的症状(喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒)和体征(鼻甲肿大程度),记录症状积分与体征积分,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗2周,两组症状积分与体征积分的组内比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较症状积分无统计学意义(P>0.05),体征积分有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组体征积分低于对照组。说明治疗后两组患者的AR症状与体征均有改善,且治疗组鼻甲肿大改善程度优于对照组。结论吴门RMK-03^(TM)黏膜抑菌喷剂联合枸地氯雷他定治疗AR临床效果好,且鼻甲肿大改善程度优于枸地氯雷他定。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wumen RMK-03^(TM) mucosal antibacterial spray combined with desloratadine citrate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 60 patients with AR who were admitted to the otolaryngology department of Suzhou TCM Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given desloratadine citrate orally,and the treatment group was given Wumen RMK-03^(TM) mucosal antibacterial spray on the basis of the control group.According to the symptoms(sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching)and signs(degree of turbinate enlargement)of the two groups of patients on the day of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were recorded statistically analyzed.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in sign score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the sign score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.It showed that the symptoms and signs of AR in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement of nasal turbinate enlargement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Wumen RMK-03^(TM)mucosal antibacterial spray combined with desloratadine citrate has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AR,and the improvement of nasal turbinate enlargement is better than that of desloratadine citrate.
