摘 要:当前中国正面临人口老龄化加剧、出生率持续下降的挑战,而提升生育意愿成为解决问题的突破口。结合2021年CGSS数据并运用Oprobit模型,考察女性人力资本水平对生育意愿的影响及作用机制发现,女性人力资本水平对生育意愿具有显著的负向影响;女性的性别角色观念和劳动参与是缓解女性人力资本水平对生育意愿抑制作用的重要途径。这可为提升女性生育意愿提供思路,并为适应不同人力资本水平建立生育政策支持体系提供经验支撑和启示。Currently,China is facing the challenges of increasing population aging and continuous decline in birth rate,and enhancing fertility intention has become a breakthrough to solve the problems.This paper examines the effect of women’s human capital level on fertility intentions and the mechanism of its action in conjunction with the 2021 CGSS data and using the Oprobit model.The study finds that female human capital has a significant negative effect on fertility intention.Further analysis found that female gender role perceptions and labor force participation moderated the effect of human capital level on fertility intentions,and both moderated the inhibitory effect of female human capital level on fertility intentions.This paper provides ideas for enhancing women’s fertility intentions,and provides empirical support and insights for the establishment of fertility policy support systems adapted to different human capital levels and regions.
