统筹节水增水解决岳普湖县缺水问题的思路举措

摘　　要：岳普湖县水资源严重短缺,现状地下水已严重超采。本文通过系统梳理岳普湖县现状水资源开发利用存在的问题,提出在岳普湖县现有水资源利用配置工程基础上,多措并举,加快构建“节水提效、蓄水调控、调水控用、增水补源、管水赋能”的水资源保障体系,促进岳普湖县人口经济与水资源相均衡,保障经济社会可持续发展。Yuepuhu County faces severe water resource shortages,with groundwater currently being seriously over-extracted.This paper systematically reviews the issues related to the development and utilization of water resources in Yuepuhu County.Based on the existing water resource utilization and allocation projects in Yuepuhu County,the paper proposes a multifaceted approach to accelerate the construction of a water resource guarantee system.This system includes“water-saving and efficiency improvement,water storage regulation,water diversion and use control,water augmentation and source replenishment,and water management empowerment”.The goal is to promote a balance between the population,economy,and water resources in Yuepuhu County,thereby ensuring the sustainable development of the economy and society.
