摘　　要：开展造纸行业用水定额评估与修订对造纸企业减排降碳、落实“四水四定”原则和助力实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。本文基于《江西省工业企业主要产品用水定额》(DB36/T 420—2019)修编工作,通过普查和典型调查获得2019—2022年江西省造纸行业用水数据,根据覆盖性、先进性、合理性和实用性的原则找准定额修订方向,采用统计分析、类比法综合确定了江西省造纸行业通用、先进、领跑三级用水标准。修订后的造纸行业用水定额先进性和合理性均有所提升,可为江西省工业水效提升和节水型社会建设提供支撑。Conducting an evaluation and revision of water quotas for the paper industry is of great significance for paper enterprises to reduce carbon emissions,implement the“four waters and four determinations”principle,and contribute to achieving the“dual carbon”goals.This paper is based on the revision work of the(Water Quotas for Main Products of Industrial Enterprises in Jiangxi Province)(DB36/T 420—2019).Through a census and typical surveys,data on water use in the Jiangxi paper industry from 2019 to 2022 is obtained.Following the principles of coverage,advancement,rationality,and practicality,the direction for quota revision is identified.Using statistical analysis and the analogy method,the general,advanced,and leading three-tier water use standards for the paper industry in Jiangxi Province are comprehensively determined.The revised water quotas for the paper industry have improved in terms of advancement and rationality,providing support for enhancing industrial water efficiency and building a water-saving society in Jiangxi Province.
