隆化县节水工程建设情况分析

摘　　要：为进一步加强节约用水管理,提升节水管理效率,更全面地开展节水工程建设,本文介绍了隆化县水资源环境和节水工程现状,阐述了隆化县节水工程的建设成效与经验做法,指出在节水型社会建设过程中还存在水资源执法水平相对薄弱、计量数据传输能力有待提高、节水激励政策不够完善等问题,并提出了解决问题的建议和对策,可为隆化县推进节水型社会建设、提高水治理能力提供参考。In order to further strengthen water-saving management,enhance the efficiency of water-saving management,and comprehensively advance the construction of water-saving projects,this paper introduces the current status of water resources and water-saving projects in Longhua County.It describes the experiences and achievements of Longhua County in water-saving project construction and points out existing issues in building a water-saving society,such as relatively weak water resource law enforcement,insufficient capacity for metering data transmission,and incomplete water-saving incentive policies.The paper also provides suggestions and countermeasures to address these issues,offering a reference for Longhua County to promote the construction of a water-saving society and improve water management capabilities.
